I found a new solution to carry my board with the car
I guess others have thought about it before, but anyway here's how it works:
I tuck the nose where the dash meets the windscreen, and the tail between the roll bars, and tighten the whole lot (in the pic there's also a bodyboard for my gf) with a strap passing through the holes of the roll bars.
It's virtually perfect, doesn't move, and only reduces the right and back visibility.
this was shot in Greece, where there are a few waves sometimes. here is a small day this summer:

I don't think that would work with my 9'6" Stewart! I have mostly been body surfing and body boarding with the S. Fins are in the trunk as we speak and there should be a good swell for the week end. Surf's Up!
