Default Allignment specs

After some saving, my next mod is going to be the T1R coilovers (unless someone knows of coilovers that are better for <$1500, but that's another topic ) I'm going to be running stock rims and lowered only ~1.25 inches. Should I run stock allignment specs, and if so, what are they?
I've also heard of UK allignment that is more aggressive, what are those specs?
Thanks.

It won't let me enlarge that picture
So, even though I'll be lowered, it'd be best to go with stock or UK specs since I'll be on stock wheels/stock-sized tires?

When I went to get my car re-alligned a couple of months ago, I asked about the UK specs too.

The guy is a well known S2000 "aligner" in the Bay Area, and has done thousands, so I knew I was in good hands.

Anyways, I asked him and he said if I'm a corner carver, then to get the UK specs, because it's the best for that.. because they adjust the camber for max-traction during cornering. I could go all into how it's done, but I'm lazy . Anyways.. since I don't "corner carve" as much as I'd like to, I oppted to go with the stock settings.

Note: With the UK specs you do get better traction in the corners, at the spare of your tires wearing un-even and faster. IE: The inner thread will wear faster than the outer due to the camber
