j/k

Are you going to do Nitrous too, Chris?
Pink fire, of course. In all honesty, I actually was thinking about a spark plug + injector in the tailpipe to have that hotrod setup.. flames out the butt just looks neat.

I was also thinking about a NOS direct port as well, since nitrous generally works well with turbos. NOS cools the intake charge so you get a side effect of being able to run a little cooler (and advance the timing some..?) while spraying.

The sky's the limit, my only hesitation would be that I've just gotten the car running again after 6 months or more, and a year of buying parts and dealing with.. well, you'll see. Few more days guys.. I'm headed to the dyno either today or tomorrow.

Super, Chris. Must be exciting. What a beast it'll be, I'm sure. Good point on the NOS; maybe it'd be a good idea for the future.

Why can't he? As long as he has good air/fuel and isn't experiencing detonation he can run 28psi all day AND night.

The reason so many people mess up their engine is because of improper fuel tuning not because of boost or mods. He has done his homework on parts and I am assuming he has done the same tuning the AEM EMS.

theoretically sure, but i'm not sure what octane you need to run 28+psi all day, but it aint not 92 like we have out here!! You can't even buy any higher at any pump in Oregon as far as I know. But, Florida is probably different...we have to many hippies out here!!

If he has the money and easy access to race gas, there is no reason he can't as long as the tuning is good/safe.
