Well, fiance and I went to a dealership this past weekend to look at a nice looking Rio 2004 S2000. Sadly when we arrived I saw the car and noticed it had been lowered, so the information I was given by the dealership wasn't correct, but I decided to test drive it anyway. Glad I did. I now know, without a doubt, that this is the car I want (having never driven one before that), but I also know that I cannot feasibly purchase one at this time. My original plan was to buy one around September/October, but after a long discussion at the dealership with my fiance, we decided that not only was the price way to high (15,600 and I wouldn't pay more than 14000 for this particular car), but a 2 seater is just not feasible considering I already have a 2 seater car. The only 4-door car I really like is the Acura TL, they just happened to have one so I test drove it as well, and decided I didn't like feeling like I was in a space ship (with all the freak'n buttons on the center dash). I've now settled to either a Honda Accord or Acura TSX (I prefer the later, but it depends on price). Unfortunate I know, but I plan to replace my CRX with an S2000 after I purchase a new daily driver. Basically I need a 4 door car more than a weekend car at this time. Sad as it is, maybe in a year or two I can get the S2000 I actually want: Laguna Blue!!!!!

It sucks to have such an epiphany, but maybe I'll get a raise and have one sooner than I thought.

 

how many miles on the S? 15,600 sounds good as long as it's under 65,000. I'm sure some have found better deals that put this to shame, but it's just my rough opinion.

The ONLY four door you like is the TL???? There are a TON of amazing sedans out there, most of them are far better than a TL. Get out a bit more.
