RE11A or bust. You should also consider getting an alignment, it will help with the tail-whip.

i was just about to say that!

It's a huge misconception that All SEASON tires are great for wet roads.

if u want tires that will do great in the wet, get Summer tires.

All season tires, on top of dealing with dry and wet roads, have to be good on the snow. a tire cant be great at everything so its lacking some things.

summer tires are made to deal with rain and dry roads and that's it.

An s2000 is not meant for all season tires. Either summer or snow tires. No inbetween. It's just wrong and I feel the driver needs to adapt his skills more to the situation versus making the car adapt. You can't just get into it like it's a Civic and think it'll drive the same way.
