Alternate license plate placement?

I just rock no plate. Havent been ticketed for it in almost 2 years now with this car and another 1.5 years in my old car. I live in NY where it is required too.

When I lived in NY, I wasn't that lucky. Ended up being a $100 fine and that was over 4 years ago.

Yeah that sucks. I got one ticket but when it went to court they just threw it out so didn't have to pay. Going to FL shortly so no worries there which is nice! Pointless law!

If you look at the video closely, you can see a rubber nub it rubs on so it doesnt on the bumper.

I do this with a couple of rubber sticky "feet" on the backside of the license plate so it doesn't rub the paint.
