Bieg, you just dont get it. The original topic question was "Where can I look for the brushed aluminum kit I saw here? It was not "what do you guys think about it?"and I directed him where to find it.... albeit you dislike it, which is why I dont understand if your such a purist you insist on reading and responding to these post.......... obviously its just to provoke others.

Just trying to do my part to keep another S2000 from being turned into the high buck equivelent of a Kid's hopped up Civic.

Everyone is entitled to do what they want with what they own. I just find it a shame when the whole design philosophy of the S2000 was "A purist sports car" and an excercise in minimalist design. It is not ornate for a REASON.

You know Bieg, I really don't like to say any bad things to the members of this board or any other boards that I participate in because I consider all of them my good friends, but when it comes to you I want to make an exception.
Please keep your smart-aleck comments to yourself. Your intention to keep the car stock as possible has been well noted and I do agree with you to a some point but I wished you would keep your a*&hole opinions to yourself.
I have something for you to cringe upon. There is company called JET's Integral-Kobe. They just completed making final gear set identical to Spoon's. It seem to cost around $1000. It will give same result as my ATS gear, eliminating any bogging and less than stellar low-end performance minus the gear noise and difficulties in installing ATS gear.
Please, stop saying or doing things to put members as nice as Charlie down but do contribute some useful information that we can discuss about which sometimes you actually do.
I use to live in LI for 8years and it is a shame that I don't now, because if I did now, I would certainly make an arrangement to meet you in person and see what kind of person you are in flesh. I hope you do make an appearance to the big east meet.

I hardly feel that a few pieces to lighten up the dash can be compared to a Kids hopped up civic. Also if he decides he dosent like it , he can remove it.

Oh and I didnt know it was your job to protect us from the after market villians.

Funny how anyones opinion that doesn't match your own is an "a$$hole opinion".

Just to keep the record straight, I comment on cars and ideas, not people. There is a difference, one is allowed and the other can be considered a personal attack.

Something you folks might want to keep in mind.

Do you feel so threatened by someone elses IDEA,... Someone elses OPINION? Do you feel so threatened that you need to try and suppress it?

Charlie posts a picture of an aluminum veneered dash. I said I thought it looked horrible IN MY HUMBLE OPINION.

BIG DEAL! Get over it.
