Always scraping jack points while exiting driveway
I had the same problem when I was driving into my companies parking garage... Entering it would cause it to scrape unless i entered at an angle... and leaving would always scrape...
I had stock 16 inch tires on my car and lowered with Tein springs... changing to 17 inch rims corrected the problem... Now I never scrape, even with a passenger....

It's funny because I had the same problem when I slammed my Integra back in the day. I couldn't get into my driveway without scrapping. A week later, the pipe under the arc burst and the city had to redo my driveway. I just told them to make it flat instead of the arc. Worked out perfectly because I wasn't scrapping anymore and I didn't have to pay for anything. So you might just have to wait until they remodel. If the piece for the jack stand is bending too much, you might not want to go in anymore because that might cause the jack stand to break it if you ever have to lift the car.
2x4s would still give you an extra 2 inches of clearance if placed right. 2 boards might be enough, if not then 4. line them up in the direction of travel and place them before and after the hump so that all 4 tires are on boards at the place you would normaly bottom out.
It would be easier to park on the street though. Don't keep scraping. Once or twice here and there won't hurt. but every weekend, (or every day depending on how well you get along) is going to screw something up.

j/kI like the idea of backing in. Might not help, but it's worth a try (and I'd never have thought of it).
