Default Am I The First ? Broken Glove Box Lock

Two

So opened my glove box to pop the trunk and next thing I know i'm holding the Lock. I'm not that buff and i know my own strength. Oh well, didn't bother going to Honda to complain, so I guess I'll tri to fix it myself.

Mabey we need to be more gentle, when closing the door instead of just "swinging" it shut.

Check to see if that philips scew is nice and snug. My guess is, frequently slamming the door shut causes the hinge thinggie to come loose?

Here's the lock assembled in it's place once again.

Here's the remaining pieces that broke off. The lock cover broke off the glove box door. Super glue will do the job.

No, Modifry does. It is the best mod for the $ under $20.00. I think they just added them to the S2ki.com Marketplace.

Nope. They cost about $15.00 and is well worth it. No glue or screws needed.

CD storage: Get a visor-mounted CD holder, and attach it to the net on the left side of the passenger footwell. Works pretty well, though you have to remember which CD is where, since you can't see them. This is a good solution if you don't have that many CDs.
