You need a new MSD coil and plug wires to remove the speed limiter.

True, and since you're going to have a higher top speed, you'll need some Spoon power steering fluid, for improved handling at high speeds.

Don't forget the $27 mugen oil filter to handle the higher speeds.

You ain't going nowhere without a Mugen grounding kit. Beware of imitations. The real ones are made in China and sold only through Ebay.
