Another bad experience with Hardtopguy
After reading numerous posts warning not to purchase from Hardtopguy I should have known better.
My payment of 153.00 cleared for them on December 7th. I have recieved no acknowledgement of payment, no anything.
Add my vote to the don't bother with hardtopguy category.

Did you try calling them before you publicly ridiculed them?
You seem to have some vested interest in this vendor.
While perhaps far from common my experience here is not an isolated incident.
Now, to the credit of HardTopGuy, I recieved this response back earlier today:
This order was hanging in incomplete status on our end which means the order
did not go through even though we received initial confirmation. Thank you
for being so patient and bringing this to our attention. You order is being

Sorry for the delay
While I am happy my issue is now fixed (and quite easily in comparison to others I have read about), I still would hesistate before buying again from, or recommending anyone else buy from a company that took my money nearly a month back, did not ship my items and did not catch this error themselves.
I have no vested interest in Hardtopguy or Ganly Honda for that matter - i do appreciate his business practice and the service he has given me and the New England S2000 owners club
If you were having trouble with your order why wouldn't you simply pick up the phone and call them instead of publicly saving

A simple call would have fixed everything
In my case I was fortunate, an email was all it took.
It seems you would do well not to read threads like this as it obviously aggrevates you. I on the other hand see the value in what other people have to say, both good and bad about board vendors and will continue to read and participate in them at an adult level.
i ordered 2004headlights, Blue OEM softtop and splash guard yesterday from him on the phone..... price was really good but didnt get any receipt for my visa payment..... but i know he cares about customers and all so im worryless
