OMG! As some of you know I go months without seeing a S2000 in my home town well today I saw 2. One I ended up pulling over to chat with and SHE just got the car 2 months ago. I said you know you don't see many women S2000 drivers. The boyfriend replies.....not many women drive like she does! She pulled out of the dealership for her "test drive" and laid down rubber and smoke driving sideways down the street. She said hay it has a bumper to bumper warrantee!

She said that they are holding the S for a couple years to trade up to a NSX. She dosen't take the S out much.

So now there is a registered Black/Red, Yellow, Silver/Red in my home town. That I know of. WAHOOO NO OTHER SILVERS!!!

The other S I passed was Silver as well and got a wave back but headed the other way and I belive was from NJ anybody here?!

We really need new S2000 business cards. I had to use a old H-*.net one. I wrote on the back of it our address. So hopefully we may end up seeing another S on some of our meets. Doubt they would take it down to S2KDays just because it dosent get out much.

I have a distinct feeling that she is not holding to the "break in period".

 

Hopefully you convinced her to join you on the board. I mean I am sure you told her what a great group of GUYS and GAL we are. We could use more Pinkies on the board to keep us on track.

I don't think he gets to drive! He said it was "HER CAR". Pretty funny! What better was that he was like your the guy with the aftermarket alarm and mods to the car. I was like yepp Headers, TB, K&N air filter. I have lots more but thats another story!(they had to get home). He said yea I know this guy at a performace shop that says that they can get another 30 hp just by tweaking the Computer. I chuckled. Good luck I muttered.

i met one too recently... wasnt going to post this, but i took the CJ to the car wash after a mud run. a black stook pulls in. of course i had to find the owner and we got into car talk. she said she would check out the board- she gave me her card and i e-mailed her. have not seen her posting here yet. i told her i wouldnt tell you guys that she took her car to the carwash!! so even if she decides to post after this, her secret is safe with me (the carwash thing still hurts, but the secret is safe!)
