Im not sure, i think when I got my package from UPS it said something like 26lb(for exhaust+test-pipe+package), so I guess it should be somewhere im 17-23lb area

The exhaust plus the test pipe and all the packaging, nuts and bolts excluding the box is roughly 24lbs.
