Another example of dealer scams?

Default Another example of dealer scams?

The only thing I could think of was that this was a very sorry attempt at an "all weather protection package" from a dealer. This car came from VA originally so I'm sure they sold a bunch of those types of packages. I do recall seeing some sort of extra package on the original window sticker. What an F'n joke!!! I need to find that original sticker to see what they charged the poor sucker that bought it in '00.

Here is how much of the frame got the royal treatment.

I'm very relieved to see that my plastic inner fenders will not get rusty, well... in the "protected" spot atleast.
