When I had the Invidia, I used the silencers only once on a highway just for testing and there was not such a big drone.

I noticed that a testpipe eliminated a lot of the drone. The testpipe creates less backpressure which IMO makes the drone more bearable. The car will be louder at wide open throttle especially near redline but as far as free way drone I experienced much less drone than I had experienced with an Apexi N1

at 70-75 there will be no drone becuase you are at about ~4k rpms. Drone is only between 3-3.8k rpms

I also have a test pipe (60mm T1R) and it does quiet the drone down a little bit. maybe 15-30% nothing more though.

It will not pass emissions in most states, however I have heard of some s2000's with TPs passing emissions. I wouldn't suggest trying though
