Hey can every one please post where I can buy S2000 seat locks?

Also, how is the install? Takes long?

They are ONLY available thru Kodokan, with proof of VIN and ownership of car. You cannot get them anywhere else. period.

Why does he need my VIN and proof of ownership?

I've never had anyone ask me for those items whenever I buy parts for my car.

It's because the nature of the part and it's purpose. Think about it, why would you not want someone who doesn't even own the car to own the locks and the KEY?

As far as my understanding goes, there are several patterns of the keys for the seat locks, so it's not like if the thieves buy a set of seat locks from whatever sources they can and able to use it. I'm confirming this understanding with Pete and see what he respond.
