Default another s2k appreciation thread

waited till after midnight, roads cleared, went out for a drive. im personally poor, but around where i am, i pass at least a couple new ferraris, lambos, bentleys, amgs, about 100 porsches (no exxaggeration). as i ripped a couple of back to back redlines and looked up to see the clouds and moon drifting above me, i thought about being rich and driving those other cars instead. and having driven the world's "finest" cars, my conclusion made me grin all the more.

what a special car.

I shed a tear when I hear stories like this. We had 2" of snow on the roads this morning. The S has been sitting in the garage for weeks, unloved.

I go to Irvine/Newport beach area often on a business trip, and I gotta say, you socal guys are damn lucky.
I won't be able to put the top down until late March.

almost 65 degrees today, and sunny. Walking to the parking lot to head to lunch, my boss asks me, "Can I drive it"...

...."Sorry"....

i had fun sliding around the roads in town...i went to the suburbs for the evening, and there was still a decent amount of snow/slush on the roads. most of it's off the roads by me now! and the roads are too small and packed with cars/people in the city so no more sliding. it was fun while it lasted.
