Just signed a contract for an '04 S2000, Sebring Silver w/ Red/Black interior. Should be taking delivery later this week (they need to get it from another dealer).

Looking forward to less ice and snow in the forecast so I can really test it out.

This forum was tremendously useful in deciding on the S2000 (that and my 14 year old daughter who was sold as soon as we put the top down, even though it was a blistering 33 degrees).

I had narrowed my choices to the S2000 or the Rx-8 -- very different cars -- if this was my only driver I would have gone for the the Rx-8, since I have an '03 4Runner for when I need to bring passengers or gear, the choice of the S2000 was a no brainer.

S2000 is a better car than RX8 anyways

Good choice!

Reading the manual is a must! Too bad 2/3's of the pages are for tort liability reduction.

DarioManfretti - we recently had an AmStaff named Greta. She was unable to dominate our Great Dane, so we had to find her a new home. We've replaced her with a Cane Corso Italiano (100 lbs. of Italian mastiff) named Katzi (German for "kitten").

The Dane won't fit in the S2000, but Katzi might, with the approriate restraint and seat cover!
