Or what if you got the metal one like xviper and had it wired into an alarm system so that it would shock the hell out of whoever was trying to steal it?

Is there any harm in just keeping the antenna off all the time? I was worried about water getting into the antenna hole and rusting

I never use the radio normally so have no use for it.

 

Shitz i just had mine stolen yesterday.

 

My antenna got stolen the first month I had my S2000. I went to the dealer ship and told them I was going to loctite it, and they told me the horror story. I guess that little plastic mast breaks pretty easly. Once that happens you have to replace the whole antenna. So I put my new antenna on clean. Still have it too, knock on wood.
