Yup...windows up, AC on. if your AC is on and the windows are down, the AC cools your feet and that's it.

Although I still drive with the windows up occasionally when the sun is shining and it's still a little too cool to be top down...Don't most people look at your funny with top down and windows up?

Heard of a lot of people on here saying they would never do it.
