it might show you how to adjust it but not tighten it up specifically to increase response. this is how i do it on my cars.

-locate the throttle cable and bracket.
-there should be two nuts holding the cable to the bracket
-loosen one of the nuts and once u can pull the cable out once you're able to
-adjust the nut closest to the throttlebody until the cable is tight, but not pulling the tb open (leave a LITTLE slack on it). i usually hold the throttle arm closed while i do this.
-once you get the first nut where u want it... tighten the other check to see if it sticks or stays open a lil at idle.

-Gut your trunk for 42 pounds of weight saving
-Empty windshield washer reservoir for 8 lbs of weight saving
-Remove visors and floor mats for another 7 lbs of weight saving
-Remove front and rear bumper supports (must take of bumper covers to do this) for another 25-30 lbs of weight saving

-This equals 80-85 lbs of weight saving in your car. Also, only ride around with 1/3 of gas around at a time, for another ~60 lbs or so of weight saving. This will be very very noticeable in your acceleration, cornering, and stopping distance.

-Also, loosen throttle cable slack like everyone has mentioned.

I used a dremel and some silicone to block off the resonator
