Muz mats are great. Excellent color match (red interior), excellent custom fit and very sturdy.
My AP1 drivers side moves around a bit, but far superior to OEM's. AP1's have a poor anchor system. One meager post and the fitted MUZ's help a lot.

The Rick's wool mats came with my S2k, when I bought it. I also got the OEM mats with every intention of switching to the OEM. After comparing the two and the ride home with the car (1200 miles) I decided to stick with the Rick's. I love them

I think the OP wants all-weather mats, not $300 ones that would get messed up at the slightest hint of snow/rain...

I'd like to hear if anyone's Muz or Rick's mats have been "messed up" by water...

well according to wikipedia, it only snows in Houston once every 4 years on average... compared to where the OP is from (Edmonton, CANADA) where they average around 48 inches of snow EACH year, it's easy to see that you have a little skewed point of view

^^^ If he is looking for a mat that holds up to weather well and will do the best job at protecting the much more expensive carpet of his S2k, then the mutz or ricks mats would be far better than any other mat on the market. They are expensive, but there is a reason to that, the design is beyond OEM as far as protecting the carpet of the car from wear and dirt, and the material is SUPER strong and cleans up with no problem at all. I guess you could buy Autozone mats, but then they will not fit well and the carpet of his car will be screwed up. I would rather buy expensive mats and save the carpet IMO
