I guess my '02 qualifies as a Queen. 44,000 miles in 7 1/2 years. The advantage of the garage treatment is that the top looks essentially as good as new from lack of exposure to the relentless South Carolina sun. My BMW 335i sits in the driveway, and pine straw (zillions of pine trees here) is continually accumulating under the hood, and in the borders of the trunk lip. You don't want to expose an S2000 to pine straw - it will fall in the space between the top and the rear deck, and remain there forever. I try to avoid driving in the rain, and I did have one scary experience a few years ago with hydroplaning due to rear tires, which, while nowhere near bald, had reached the end of their safe life cycle.

Bought mine used at 67k almost 2 years ago. Now has almost 115k on it.
No fun in keeping one as a garage queen and anyways they are just losing value if you drive it or not so might as well enjoy the car instead of let it lose value and not use it..

I've put 6000 miles on mine in the last four months, yet by my standards that's still a garage queen. It's only a weekend car.

You can imagine how much I drive my daily driver!

44K over the first four years, with only 11K in the last 21 months. She is more of a weekender.

Definitely a queen here! '02 with 5,454 miles now. Just bought it on May 6 with 4.702 on the clock -- single owner car, garage kept, never driven in rain or snow, complete mint condition. Original owner was a retired school principal, only drove it about once a week. She even had the window sticker and an '02 sales brochure

My DD is a VW GTI, so I never drive the s2k in rain, and I'll probably store it over the winter. I want to keep the mileage low, but I won't be able to keep it quite as low as ~700 miles per year like the first owner! Still can't believe I found this car; I hadn't checked autotrader for 6+ months and just happened to look right when this car was listed. And it was only 70 miles away from my house.
