the guy doing the HID GB just kinda stopped emailing us.. but there is another GB going on in one of the boards... bimmerforum i think and even better price.. I got busy at work recently and havent followed up on the GB....
How much is sterling bmw charging you for the Diff total including labor?
We'll hooters is an S2k thing but my bmw friends are coming too.. Also some DTM and roadfly people are coming as well.. So i guess its now a mixed s2k bmw thing...
Yeah the jim c injector is coming auguest.. hes a cool guy.. even answers emails you send him..

I almost gave it up on HID GB, but I guess there is some other GB going after all. I am starting to think that saving $50 dollars may not be worth it if GB plans tend to come vaque like this one.
I just got a call from BMW of Sterling and they will work on my car tomorrow morning. I will be there from 7:30 - 10:00 am. I could take their renter but I don't think I have enough patience to wait all day to try out 3.46.
The price of parts and installation is $2500 plus $100 more if you want to keep your old 3.15 as I do. I've heard that 3.46 pulls noticeably faster than 3.15. Maybe we can test it out if we meet on Thursday and make a comparison report to bimmerforums? No racing, but simple pulls in each gear would be fun. If it does yield significant different, it may help you decide on 3.46 for your M Coupe.
