The back bumper where you put the license plate. On the kit its like opened till have. What do I need to buy to fit in there? Or do I need to fiber it?

Do you mean above the plate? That's open on the OEM bumper, as well.

Yeah the above I know it's open, but where the plate comes, the upper half is open connected to were the light comes attached.

If you want to attach something to that spot, then you need to put some fiber or other reinforcement there. It's not like you're going to find another company out there making parts for use with Veilside kits. That's the downside to bodykits...you need to fabricate anything not directly included in the kit.
