i am trying to track down my order that was supposed to happen last month.... waited 2 weeks and i am 30 min away drive from them.

I called today no answer i sent E-mails and PM's last week 3 total and no reply...

if any one knows any thing please share? i am about ready to call my CC company and have them do a charge back. they have a real good rep so i don't want to do it just yet....

I just talked with them last week. I emailed them on Saturday and they emailed me back on Sunday morning.

I'd try again. I got my test pipe in under a week (1500 miles away).

 

They're probably finishing up some last minute r&d on their 50mm header.

 

ok well i called today spoke with some one.. so now i will wait again??

 

They just got back from the Redline Time Attack. They should be in the rest of the week.

 

ok i have had enough of this BS... i am calling my CC company to desput the charges....

I went there to pick up the testpipe on 11-13-06 they said it was given to a nother person by mistake and that they would get another sent out in 2-3 days time no charge on shipping. Sounded like a GREAT deal since i also lagged in picking up the pipe.

so i have been waiting all this time and i have never received an update or any phone call.... I called last week no answer i call on 12-05-06 get a hold of some one and "she said" brian will call me back with an update since he was taking care of it.

I wait and no call... it's been long enough i think and i am fed up of waiting. Actually frustrated since i plan to get it installed by this weekend to fine tune my Engine management on the dyno on Saturday.

very dissapointed buyer from a reputable seller here on S2ki... i think Berk Technology needs a better way of keeping track of every order so it won't be lost in limbo.

 

The thing i hate most is when people say they call you back and never do.
