found it on ebay wonder if it makes as much power ase the aem v2?

K&N usually claims like a billion horsepower...I don't think you'd find too much of a difference though. I've had K&N on a few of my cars before, and no complaints here. The only thing I would suggest is to not buy a short-ram that isn't already enclosed in a box. They tend to suck up hot air, and that defeats the purpose of upgrading to a filter. You might be able to put that intake filter in your stock air box, but I'm not sure. I know I've heard of people doing it. I actually have an AEM v1 that is said to be better than the v2, and sounds amazing. It was on my car for about 2,000 miles if you want it. PM me if you're interested.

You will lose a few H.P.with that short ram intake.!!
