Easy is a relative term........but here is where you can get what you need. They also have a great FAQ section. Do a search on wheels:

Waxing clear coat wheels helps to remove brake dust that accumulates. Make sure your cleaner is non-acidic as well. Q-tips work great in the tight spots. Use a discarded pizza box cut to wheel size and applied over wheels when adding tire dressing.

Regular washing with Z8 does the trick. Stay ahead of break dust accumulation and it comes off easily. I just don't trust chemical cleaners!

I thought that everyone would be washing their wheels along with their car about once a week or so, like I have to do, especially this time of the year when it rains so much. In a drier climate, you might want to wash the wheels more than you wash the car to keep the brake dust under control. My wheels never get to the point of looking dirty before I wash them. That's why they are easy to keep clean.

Eagle 1 A to Z works great. I spray it on leave it sit for 10 seconds and rinse. Looks perfect. To make sure none of the chemicals sit on it I go ahead an wash the wheels when I'm doing the car.
