Holy cow! Definitely damage not due to shipping. Those are curb marks and you can't get that in shipping. I hope everything gets resolved and the seller owns up to its false advertising. I would say either return the wheels and get your money back or give you back the cost it would take to fix it. It seems he is still posting, well at least as of yesterday. From his past posts, doesn't seem like a bad guy. Anyways, Good luck.
