Default Anyone daily drive without their passengers seat?

So last night, I decided to vacuum up the debris that has accumulated since my last cleaning. It's always frustrated me that getting into the small spaces underneath and to the side of the seats have been nearly impossible if not tremendously time consuming. Plus I've been wanting to wipe down the seat rails as those have accumulated a ton of dust.

So I pulled my passenger seat and got to the ton of debris that has been taunting me and lurking underneath the seat. It feels refreshing! Following my cleaning on the passengers side, I drove to my girlfriend's work to visit, and then I realized how roomier it feels without the seat.

Since most times it's just myself, I was thinking I wouldn't mind driving around without the seat. I really don't have much to transport around, but it just feels nice to have the room.

So anyone else out there drive their s2k w/out their passenger seats? Most of the time? Sometimes for just transporting larger things? Never?

Rofl, I told my gf it'd still be much more space-efficient to carry 2 pillows for her to sit on ;-) She gave me the look....

^^ I don't know about that. As much as I love my S2K, she can't support me and be there forever(thinking long term here).

hehe... I guess being a loner would be the easiest way to justify driving without a seat on a daily driver. Otherwise, the social implications with significant others, other friends makes is fairly impractical. Definitely would be easy to carry a couple suitcases and maybe even 2 tires in the drivers side if there were no seat though.

I do it from time to time. Mostly to pick things up tires or something large that cant fit in the S. I could get away with it most of the time if since I rarely have the lady or other passengers in the S

When I was installing my stereo I had the seat out to run wiring. I wound up keeping it out for a couple weeks during which I moved some stuff out of my pops house (fish tank, compressor, golf clubs)

The room was certainly nice
