You know I owned the first Honda S2000 on the east coast when it first came out. I had a Formula Red one and it was great at first. I don't want to go into the problems I had with the car, but one thing I always loved and wish I got was the White with the red leather combo. That combo is incredible looking. Now Honda once again goes away from the sports car enthusiasts market and makes the white the worst option in the world now with that tan interior. Honda Type R's always had the White with the red seats, that's the combo the enthusiasts love, so why not offer it? I am really dissappointed in this as I was looking into a 2004 model. But I wanted white with the red, so now I will pass on the car. Honda should have left well enough alone.

 

No, but I can see why a fan of white would be. I'm more pissed they don't offer red with Black. But, I think I'm done with black cars that are used for daily driving. Too much work to keep looking good. Now a Black Ferrari I think I could handle that I only drove on sunny weekends. heh

That would be the 04 that I ordered, white with red/black. Alas, they don't even offer the red with red/black or the black with red/black. I think this is a mistake on Hondas part and one I hope they correct in the near future. I would also like to see an electron Blue or darker blue offered in the U.S., a yellow/black interior option on the rio cars and Imola Orange with black and orange/black as an option. Maybe someday in the future we can all get what we want.

 

uhhh, the '04 white comes with tan interior again. according to all the info thats been offered on this site that is.

 

I'm just really sorry that they don't have the Pearl White in the U.S. What a fab color!!! I love the red/black interior combo - very glad I have that in my car. White w/tan is a bit boring for the S...I'd put that in the Rolls Corniche.

I REALLY like the 02 GPW/Red interior.. (it's what's in the parking lot at work here, with the keys in my pocket)
