anyone ever get caught checking out there s2k?
sorry to go against the grain but sometimes i think the s2k is kind of an ugly car. i wish it looked smoother, less body panel seperation, headlights that dont look like they came from a civic.
BUT, i do think it looks cool when you driving top down. so while i know it sounds dangerous, i love lookin at myself in reflections from buildings i pass or reflections from large oil tanker trucks. looks esp awesome when hids are on and they're flickering.

Hmm.. i have some people say that when i tell them that im getting an s2k soon. but ive had people tell me its sexy AF.
I look at mine all the time, admiring the lines and the marvelous blending of the surfaces, and my handywork on my fender liners that are so protective yet so innocuous, and wonder why everyone with an AP2 wouldn't want a set to protect their 'baby' from the vagaries of the elements on the roads. Then again, I am biased! But I do love my car-It is functional art!
I just had a funny experience, I went outside and had my s parked in my driveway, I looked at it and thought to my self "wow, what a beautiful car" I walked around it atleast 3 times just starring at it admiring it. And ocasionally stoping at different point and looking at different angles. I heard a voice say "you alright there?" And I look over and saw my neighbor sitting on the curve, I felt sort of embarrassed almost as if I was caught looking a porn or something lol and said "yea I'm just looking at my car". He must have thought I had turn into a zombie or something just walking around my car alone in the dark lol anything similar ever happen to anyone?

sorry maybe something is wrong with me, but there are so many things that feel ugly about the car. the weak rounding back, the civic blob headlights, the short steep windshield, the feminine rounded miata-ish curves. but none of this is the point. i just wish such a great car to drive looked better. does no one else think the car is ugly compared to strong sleep shapes like the nsx or newer z4?
I see where your coming from with the rounded curves and ill agree I wish they could have done something more sqare-ish with the rear end, I don't like how it goes from wide in the quarter panels to thinner in the back but I definately wouldnt call it "ugly".
