Default Anyone ever thought about an s2000 vacation exchange?

Got a couple of vacations coming up, and was thinking, instead of a POS rental, maybe an exchange board could be arrainged between RESPECTFUL OWNERS - I live in the Colorado Rockies - travelling to Cape Cod - would much rather drive an S than a rental! (Already rented for this trip...)

There seems to be enough enthusiasts with more than one car - would be a little scary... but could also make vacations much more fun.

Crazy? What do you think?

Good idea in theory but there is a lot of issues that would get in the way (such as insurance).

Last time i let my friend borrow my car, it came back with the front bumper hanging on by one screw, numerous scratch marks on the front spoiler, and it smelled of burning clutch. Luckily this was my civic, and not my s2k. To say the least, i doubt i'll let any of my friends borrow my car, let alone someone I just met. my $.02.
