Dude!!! How long ago was the last time you've been in DC?!?!?!
I go to Georgetown and the area around 18th and M all the time, park on the street, no problems at all.
The only people I have problems with in DC are the damn meter maids, giving me tickets for not having my front license plate on!!!!
