gosh darn it! i have final exams the following week!

 

From 8AM Friday to 6PM Sunday, my street turns into a race track. It's one hell of a thing!

 

i will be there- c3, will you be at the track? i will be in one of the office buildings.
blackblack- pretty cool; you should make arrangements for us to get our cars on that track next year!!

 

maybe we can hang out at your place bud! i'll bring the chips and salsa!

Actually, about half the track is Shoreline Drive, a very busy street so it's not closed off and turned into the track until a few days before the race. So the track is never actually open to the public, the best you can do is drive parts of it at night, when there's no one looking.

My place is completely booked for the weekend with family and friends, but if anyone is gonna be at the race, maybe we could meet somewhere and hang out? I'm taking Friday off to roam the course. Friday tix are only $5, or free with a Texaco purchase.
