i had an accident in my car and i was trying to change a few things on it while i was replacing parts. does anyone have verticle doors on there s, and if so what are you complaints and how do you like them, i have never seen any on any car so i don't know much other then you have to open them out before up. also i might shave the door handles on my car, the body shop wanted a lot of money to weld in new fillers for the door handles, has n e one ever just bondo'd right over the door handles, because they wanted like 500 a side just to smooth it. the poppers and alarm i can do myself.

Aside from the rice thing, I wonder how you'd do it? Don't vertical doors hinge on the roof or A-pillar? Surely those options won't work on an S2K. HPH

NO !

It is impossible for a simple hinge to do what the VDC does. The VDC is a bi-directional, pivotal assembly system

I have heard that the Lambo doors are quite expensive...like a few grand. I have seen them on a few cars on this site.
