If you need to test on a stock 02 with hardly any miles on it, I wouldn't mind being a tester. We could then test what mods do with it since I will be doing a CAI and exhaust.

Will the tester have to send the ECU to Amuse to have it modified? If so, this probably means a week without the use of the car.
Also I see two prices for the ECU on their site.

Standard setting finished product

98000 Yen

Order setting (vehicle keeping)

148000 Yen

Will the test ECU be programmed to standard Japanese setting or be custom programmed for US cars(don't really see how)? If it is the standard Japanese setting, would the same setting still work in US cars with lower compression. And how about fuel requirements. Is 91 octane enough to keep the car from detonating with more advanced timing and higher redline.

I bet this is why Mingster isn't testing the ECU in his own car.
