I know Toda is coming out with some. God knows I am waiting for that.

Spoon also makes Cams, but they are good for midrange power mostly, and are recommended for track use

Yea, the Spoon cams are on their website, but I am not sure if they are readily available for us in the states.

I heard they made the A series of the cams, but that is it.

Actually yes they would! The cam lobes for our cars is not that much differenent from that of the Type R. And there are an array of Camshafts that are made for B-Series motors that make much more power than the stock type R's....

I spoke with Todd - pres. of Toda, at SEMA last month. He didn't note anything coming out anytime soon for the F20c. All his engineers are quite tied up in other projects. This does not mean that the idea has been shelved but this does mean you should not expect any release date anytime soon.

However, I would start looking and pestering Edelbrock. Within the next four to five years, they want to shell out 50% of the [after]market head-gear for imports. This is quite a step for them, and in my experience with their products for Mustangs - their stuff has proven to be great.

Isn't it a shame that the original car was made to such a high level that aftermarket folks don't want to waste their time on it.
