Try your dealer parts department or junk yard.

Keep an eye out in the marketplace. I've seen a couple part out threads where that piece was available. You'd likely have more luck buying a used dash bezel though. There's a new salvage part out thread almost once a month in the marketplace so you are bound to find what you need.

You could buy a rear window defroster button and stick it there. That's what we have on 2003+ cars. If you ever decide to upgrade your top to get one with a glass window with a defroster, you'd have to get it anyway.

You should be able to get it from a salvage yard. I would assume that Honda dealers could order you one. If you want to know what they look like, you can see them on the speedometer bezels being sold on Ebay.

If you're just trying to hide that hole you have in the one you show in the picture above, you could always go to Radio Shack and stick a red LED light there. Then it would look like you had an alarm system.

#7 (77208-S2A-003ZA) you can get it at Majestic Honda for $3.00
This is just the cover.

For MY02-03, there is a rear defogger button there.
You have a glass rear window, then you should have all the wires for the rear defogger you just need the button.
# 27 (35500-S2A-A01) you can get it at Majestic Honda for $40.00

These pics might not be correct, but I am pretty sure the part number is correct for NA. I am a bit curious as to how you have a hole there. It seems like whoever installed a led for an alarm or something there. But there is a working button there for the rear defogger. Why would anyone bust the button to install something else there?
