I have no plans to part with it, but "forever" is a long time.

I am definitely hanging on to mine. Parted with one a while ago, and learned a valuable lesson...I cannot live without her. She is my weekend and after work toy. I have a toyota tacoma 5spd with v6 as my daily beater...going from the truck to the S makes the S that much better...

I have no desire to part with mine, with the exception of possbily trading it for a newer model in a couple years. I really wanted a darker blue one, but they weren't available in the US when I bought my silver one.

Plan on keeping my yellow one forever! Leased an '06 GPW to misbehave with and take to autocrosses and such to to preserve my other one. Plus Since getting an Si, I have another Sporty daily driver.

I've had about 7 cars. I think this is the first one I'm going to keep until it doesn't go anymore.

this car is a bit of harry potter magic to me. it deserves to be in a museum, imo. and i can't wait to take care of it and one day when all cars fly and run on fusion generators, show my kid some of the best that the past had to offer.

Yep...I'm already working on forever. But I'm not going to keep it in the garage!
