I've got the blue and it's very nice, also because it's a very rare color.

I loved the white/red from day one and have never regretted it. The black/reds are sharp too and you don't see many of them. Always hard to beat silver, but the shade is a little too dark for me.

It depends what the message is.

Silver definitely says "classic" (my choice). I agree that it shows the car's lines the best.

Black is "evil" (red on black adds that nice blood touch ). I also find that the car looks much smaller in black or red than in silver.

Red says "arrest me, officer!".

Yellow screams "look at me!", but the car does look great in that colour.

White says either "cool" or "cocaine" depending on the style of aftermarket wheels and presence/absence of underbody neon lights.

Blue is just a lovely colour. I'm not sure what blue's message is, but I like it.

I have to admit that when I went out to buy my Stook - first week of release in Australia - I was offered every colour (including blue) except white.

I saw the red in the showroom and it looked just a little too tomatoey - it needed a little glitter in there. The black was just ...yuck.. never an option because it makes the vehicle look too tall and narrow.

The blue looked lacklustre in the showroom (it looks a lot better in the sunlight) and I guess that left only silver. I wanted silver/ red but could only find silver/ blacks available. I chose the silver/black and am glad I did becuse I think the red leather is starting to date quickly and looks pretty grungy espec. if you never put the top down and get a lot of road grime on it.

Having said that however, the biggest problem I have is that at least 75-80% of all Stooks in this country are silver and whenever I get together with a group of owners I feel like my car fades into the scenery. Unlike you guys in yankeeland we have a much higher percentage of Stooks in the country and I see another one at least once every day.

I hate to admit, but I do regret the silver - I really should have bought that red - it looks much nicer off the showroom floor and it really stands out in a crowd!

Silver is for sure the best colour for s2k, but there are just way too many around, I was also considering black, until I saw one at night thinking it was a miata. I definitely made the right decision, after all, a honda with red engine cover just has to be white!

I had the silver, and loved it. But when the news of the yellow coming for MY2001, I knew I was in trouble. I tried to hold back and keep my silver S2K, but when I saw the yellow S2000 on display at the South Florida Auto Show it was all over. I traded in my silver (early) and now I'm waiting on my yellow one to arrive (mid Jan.). The silver is great, but a little too comon.

Like I have said before....I lead a LOW profile life, so I gotta drive a HIGH profile car! Yellow S2K all the way

I love silver, black is nice but what a pain in the butt color to take care of. Yellow and red draw attention the most I'm sure. I saw pics of blue and it looks very sweet. I have black interior and the ones with red look cool..haven't seen a silver red in person tho.
