I don't know if rotational mass is reduced (it might be, but the difference is pretty small).

Most of the weight savings is due to the aluminum dynalite caliper.

If you love heavy steering, maybe you can disable EPS?

eps? electronic power steering? ... hmm.. how do you disable it? or modify it to be slightly heavier? that would be awsome

My spacers inclued stud bolts. They are from 20mm. 30000kms in it and more than 12 track days and everything is like new...

I don't know how to disable EPS...but I suspect you can do it by pulling a fuse.

I think there's a plug on the rack which you can just unplug it. The steerng will be so hard to turn (2 times harder then Civic with no P/S) so make sure your arms are strong enough before you do it.

hmm... AJ, you make a good point, but im still gonna try it out (now I have to..lol) but if I dont like it, I will put it back.

So im still unclear about the spacers and how they affect handeling. Could anyone shed some light on this?

I agree with the 944 steering being perfectly weighted and with lots of feedback. That is one of the minor gripes I have with the S that I wish I could enhance. Let me know how unplugging the eps works out for you.
