does it use the existing nuts/bolts or are there additional hardware needed?

 

I can't remember 100% when I put mine on, but I'm pretty sure it uses all bolts/screws that are already there. There might be like two self tapping screws (one for each side) that weren't already there but you can get those anywhere. And those are for the part of the lip near the front tires. I'm pretty sure you use the self tapping screws to screw the lip into the plastic fenderliner. Also, you can download the install instructions which show how to put it on and all the hardware needed. I think it was on rick's website or HandA accessories.com, not sure which one it was.

 

My fiance just installed my OEM lip this weekend.

It does re-use 3 bolts on the bumper but also comes with a bunch of other nuts, bolts for the install.
