Default AP1 Headlight

Does anyone know how difficult it is to remove the bubble dome over the light? Need to get to the chrome ring.
Thanks

If they're anything like Civic headlights, remove it from the car and put in an oven for 10 min at low heat and it'll melt the glue so you can pry it apart. (May also be some clips holding it) You'll have to soften the adhesive again to put it back together and probably add silicone. Just a warning though, put back-together headlights usually get moisture in them if you don't reseal them properly.

That "bubble dome" would be the HID Projector lens. Like Beaver said, 10min @ 225* in the oven.

Top tip: when baking car parts in the oven, be sure to wait until the SO is going to be out for a while.

This policy applies to all car/motorcycle part and kitchen appliance combinations.
