AP1 vs. AP2
my ap 1.5 was a little bit faster than the ap3. however i've heard slight rumor than the ap 1 vs ap 2 was a drivers race... i could be wrong however? good thing i have ap 1.5 and don't have to worry about this PRESSING issue
haha
haha
with the STUPID ASS clutch delay valve on the AP2s, I would think a properly driven AP1 might be faster
That has to be one of the most idiotic things I have ever seen on a performance car. That along with the big ass gap in the rear bumper just has me wondering.

AP3's are the Bestest of the best....
To stay steps ahead of compatitors and avoid model upgrade for the next 10+ years, Honda scrapped blue print of AP3 and start on AP4 as we speak.
I am fortunate to have money to burn, so I bought an AP1 and an AP2 to finally put an end to the argument as to which was faster.
I chose a method that would equal things, tires not having the same grip and all. Both cars were the same color (Silverstone, which is the fastest color) to eliminate any color bias.
I suspended the cars over a 1000 ft canyon and used state of the art electronics to insure that both cars got off the "line" at the same time.
I am happy to report that the AP2 beat the AP1 by 1/1000 of a second. I surmise this was due to improved areodynamics of the AP2. Both cars suffered the same amount of damage, they both burst into flames and were completely destroyed.
I will repeat this experiment with FI S2K's, but I am getting short on funds and need people to donate their FI cars for this worthy cause. PM me if you want to volunteer your car. I will pay shipping.
Sorry, slow day at the office.
