Ya, go ask XViper, except...wait a minute...he ain't here no more.

He gave much to this site and helped many folks.

Some F-Tards finally overflowed the amount of infantile idiocy he could put up with, the cup of stupidity overflowed one to many times for him to take, and so he left. Poof. The spewing tide of ignorance and growing mix of human detritus forced him to find another beach.

And, ya know what pushed him over the edge???

Some goob whining about his 'sig' or clip art or some such garbage.

Ain't life grand! Ya can't make that crap up. Sad it is.

[QUOTE=hygiene boy,Dec 26 2006, 02:28 PM] PrimoRob doesn't have that picture copywrited and if you post it on the internet it's fair game right? Nearly everyone has downloaded a picture somewhere sometime that didn't belong to them. PrimoRob should be flattered that somebody else likes it. He's not claiming that he created it, owns it

it may well be copywrited,as you may know thats what most professionals do
If there is some legal claim to the image AND (the image imparts some measurable value by adding it a person's sig, and/or some type of measurable damage has occurred to the image owner by seeing it in someone else's sig), then have your day in court and let the system repay you for the terrible injustices suffered.

I suspect at the end of the day, there is no value proposition in pursing such a judgment. We ain't exactly talking about a brand logo of a successful company here.

So if it really, really, REALLY just keeps you up at night if someone put's your image in their sig (oh the horror makes me shudder), there is a cool way to keep them from doing it. It costs you absolutely nothing.
