AP2 center console light?

Hey, for anyone with an AP2 center console, is there any light that should come on with the rest of the lights in there?

When you turn on your car lights at night, is there an ambient light in the cupholder so you can see what's in there? It would go on with the backlight for the hazard button, hvac controls, etc...
