I bought mine used a few months ago, and I bought it knowing that there was something wrong with the spring in the divider (that seperates it to make a cupholder). However, after a few months it has gotten annoying, and I decided to try and fix it. I bought a new divider fromhere


I'm just wondering if anyone knows if this will work or not. Thanks.

 

I am in the same boat. My cupholder does not work because it seems to have a broken spring. It swivels but not on its own.

 

Which part did you order?

I've got a question along the same line. . .I have an 06, my lid is black on the cup holders. I want to change them to the 04-05 Silver to match my radio door. How, and what do I need?

BTW The 04/05 radio door is Silver whilst the 06 is Gun Metal so the 04/05 console won't match!

 

Really? i thought they were the same? My door in my06 is like a brushed alum. color

 

IMO they look the same. Very slight difference in person. I personally am not too fond of the 06 console...I think it looks much nicer in silver than black. If I were you I would sell you radio door and console, and then buy the 04 radio door and 04 console. You'll be paying some money of course, but most mods work like that . All up to you...the 06 interior is very nice I just think the 04-05 flows much nicer.
