AP2 Headlights open..CANNOT CLOSE

Thumbs up AP2 Headlights open..CANNOT CLOSE

followed instructions on how to clear amber and now it won't seal back up. There is a gap on the top of the headlight and it won't clip together, we were able to clip the bottom part but no luck with the top..... I need help from any1 who may have suggestions or has done it before.

Here are some pics so u guys can get an idea.

too much glue or u have some broken plastic pieces in between that housing and lens

we got it, there was a curve on the backblack piece on the center part. We just heat gunned it so we bend it more open and then after fitting it perfect, we heat gun it back down.

glad u got it..

i use to open them all the time.. but theres always something keeping it from closing.. in most of my cases ti was broken plastic pieces or too much glue

put them back in the oven let them get hot again and reseal them. i have done them alot but never on s2000 lights but, it shouldnt make a difference.
