Get a 20 oz. bottle of soda (if you drink that pretty often) and sit in an AP2 with it. There is no way to effectively put it in the cupholder. I prefered having one nicely sized holder to having two sissy holders.

how about a medium/large drink from lets say taco bell jack in teh box mcdy's etc etc...would those fit in the new consoles? i also like the way they look...how much do the consoles run for?

no, large drinks don't fit, and small ones move from front to back.

I find the cupholders to be useless. I just keep spare change in mine.

IMHO...keep your current console and spend your money on better mods.

did you realize there's a little spring loaded divider in the cupholder that will keep small drinks from sliding back and forth? it's tucked vertically into the right side of the cupholder and has little tactile bumps on it, just press and it pops up. haven't tried a large drink yet, but works pretty well for holding 12 oz soda cans in place.

how much you think it would cost anyways? plus i think the 05 one is nicer then the 03.

My appologies - you're right, they don't have them on their website.

They go for around $450 new, and as low as $200 used. You can sometimes find them in the "for sale" forum and on ebay.
